The Publisher provides archiving of all the articles and their meta-data (titles, key words, abstracts, authors’ information, references in Russian and English) published in the Journal. Archiving, indexing and depositing of the articles are performed by the Scientific Electronic Library (eLIBRARY), which is the national provider of electronic archives of scientific journals and the provider of the Russian Science Citation Index (RSCI) under the contract. All articles are hosted and made publicly available on the eLIBRARY website. The critical provision of archiving is free open access of readers to the full texts of all articles.

The Publisher recognizes the authors’ right to self-archiving of their articles after such articles have been published in the printed version of the Journal. Self-archiving can be performed by posting the article (or a part of the article) in a personal website of the author, blog, social media pages as well as by sending the article to open repositories of scientific information and open libraries throughout the world provided acknowledgement is given to the original source of publication and an active link is inserted to the published article on the journal’s website or the eLIBRARY website. For convenience, all published papers comprise ready-to-use reference information “For citation”.
