Разработка и валидация опросника профессионального развития: мнения начинающих и опытных преподавателей
Аннотация
Предпосылки исследования: в любой успешной системе образования преподаватели занимают ведущее место, являясь главной движущей силой учебного процесса. Чтобы эффективно выполнять свои обязанности, им необходимо совершенствовать свои знания и профессиональный опыт. Следовательно, оценка профессионального развития учителей имеет первостепенное значение в контексте изучения английского языка как иностранного.
Цель исследования: в соответствии с данным запросом, настоящее исследование было проведено с целью изучения факторов, на которых была основана недавно разработанная анкета по профессиональному развитию преподавателей английского языка как иностранного в Иране.
Методы: с этой целью в исследовании приняли участие 242 иранских преподавателя английского языка с различным опытом работы. Их попросили ответить на вопросы анкеты, состоящей из 76 пунктов с пятибалльной шкалой Лайкерта. После того, как была подтверждена надежность шкалы для получения более точных результатов анкетирования, была выполнена проверка обоснованности содержания и проведен факторный анализ.
Результаты: результаты эксплораторного факторного анализа показали, что опросник охватывает семь факторов, представляющих убеждения учителей о различных аспектах развития, таких как средства развития, потребности, выгоды, мотиваторы, методы и препятствия развития. Результаты подтверждающего факторного анализа (CFA) также показали, что опросник состоит из семи факторов, содержащих факторные нагрузки и компоненты модели.
Результаты: данное исследование может предоставить ценные педагогические рекомендации для учителей английского языка как иностранного, преподавателей, методистов и разработчиков учебных материалов, повышая их осведомленность о профессиональном развитии учителей и его основополагающих компонентах.
