«Публикуйся и преуспей» вместо «Публикуйся или умри»: мотивационная модель для подготовки высококачественные публикации
Аннотация
Принцип "публикуйся или умри" практикуется по всему миру, однако многие авторы считают, что он является демотиватором и в целом вреден. В этой статье мы попытались помочь преодолеть растущее давление негативной мотивации на исследователей. Цель работы - предложить модель факторов, мотивирующих исследователей публиковаться в журналах WoS/Scopus, основанную в основном на положительной мотивации и сочетании концепций, включающих теории контроля, управления, заинтересованных сторон и психологии. Модель предназначалась для болгарских университетов. Она охватывает 17 мотивационных факторов и 29 потенциальных характеристик заинтересованных сторон университетов, непосредственно вовлеченных в тему. Ранжирование факторов в модель включено не было. Методология исследования охватывала методы экспертной оценки, анализа/синтеза, индукции/дедукции, а инструментарий состоял из комплексного опроса и рангового коэффициента конкордации Кендалла. Модель была внедрена в одном из болгарских государственных университетов. В эмпирическом исследовании приняли участие 120 исследователей. Это привело к ранжированию факторов среди заинтересованных сторон внутри университета. Самым высоко оцениваемым мотивационным фактором была репутация, а наиболее низко оцениваемым - снижение давления принципа "публикуйся или умри". Наиболее приоритетными потенциальными характеристиками были престиж и возможности университета, а также поддержка в продвижении по работе. Мы считаем, что данная модель вносит вклад в теорию контроля поведения. Модель также улучшит управление университетскими исследованиями, обогатив его инструментарий.
